Bee! I’m expecting you!
Was saying Yesterday
To Somebody you know
That you were due –

The frogs got home last week –
Are settled, and at work –
Birds, mostly back –
The Clover warm and thick –

You’ll get my Letter by
The seventeenth; Reply
Or better, be with me –
Yours, Fly.

  1. Jacqui Says:

Love it. Were you inspired by the swarm at the stock exchange?

  2. Those were workaholic bees. Mine is chill, or Fly wouldn’t want to hang with him.

  3. I hope the bees come. A friend of mine pollinated her apple tree with q-tips.
